Shipping & Payment
We expect payment within 4 working days and goods will be dispatched when funds cleared (Bank deposits and PayPal Cheques can take three or four working days to clear). Goods are posted same day or first thing the next morning and may take three to four days to reach you depending on your location. Express post can be arranged on request with the additional charges passed on to the purchaser. We only offer registered or express post on our items so they can be tracked through the Aussie post system. Discounts available for freight on multiple purchases. Please enquire at time of payment.
The description given in this listing is as accurate as possible at the time of listing but every now and then our suppliers may change the products either in appearance or supplier. We endeavour to supply up to the minute changes as they come to hand, but will not be responsible for minor changes made without our knowledge.
All goods come with register receipt with our ABN for warranty and tax purposes. We only purchase from large Australian importers who guarantee all of their products, and offer warranty service in Australia.
Returns will only be accepted with our prior consent, all goods returned for credit must be in their original packing, come complete with all accessories and be in an as new resaleable condition. Return postage costs of products for any reason other than wrongly supplied, will be at the buyer’s expense. We will only ship replacement goods once the faulty/wrong goods have been returned and received by us. All postage costs for warranty repairs to be borne by the purchaser.
Please check your postage details before making payment. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide clear and accurate postage information. Any redirection of mail as a result of incorrect address details being provided to us will be billed back to the purchaser. Goods will not be reshipped until payment received causing delays in delivery and frustration for both parties.
